The procurement market of large international organizations, such as the United Nations, the Red Cross, the International Monetary Fund, the World Bank, etc., reaches 20 billion US dollars per year. Despite this huge potential, many companies in the Central Baltic States still do not realize the sales and growth opportunities that these markets provide.

The project "Export Promotion for International NGOs" (INGO) wants to use this potential and offer an opportunity for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to learn about these procurements and motivate them to participate in the published calls. The project partners will provide useful and up-to-date information, promote networking events and provide companies with links to procurement experts, trainers and mentors. The main goal of the project is to provide SMEs with the necessary tools to participate and conclude contracts with international NGOs.

Achievable results

Participating companies will gain the necessary knowledge to increase their opportunities to participate in international procurement and conclude service contracts with international NGOs.

Companies and participating organizations will improve their knowledge to effectively be informed about the opportunities offered by global NGO markets.

The INGO project not only supports market development, but also contributes to the achievement of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. By promoting the export of sustainable innovations originating from the Central Baltic region to the world, the project actively contributes to the achievement of global sustainability goals.
