Steps to complete the test:

1. Read the information about the test and click "Start Assessment"

2. Fill in the company information (the information provided is used for statistical purposes and will be used in aggregate form in the project deliverables)

3. Perform a self-assessment of your chain, giving points to the biggest challenges and abilities on a scale of 1-7 (fill in as many criteria as you want, one filled-in field also forms the result)

4. Click "Calculate Your Resilience Score" at the bottom of the page

5. Click "Click to Calculate" to get the result.

The test is free to take. You can take it as many times as you want. You can save your results, register them on the platform, and receive additional tools to strengthen your chain (for example, calculate the best delivery routes). The data entered in the test is not saved.
