The project aims to ensure the internationalisation of the Latvian IT cluster and its cooperation network participants and to strengthen mutual cooperation between the private, public and research sectors by implementing joint activities in international trade missions, representation at international exhibitions and other export promotion initiatives. The project aims to achieve measurable results, including the involvement of at least 30 companies in the cooperation network and receiving financial support and 30 unique companies involved in export support activities and receiving non-financial support, 3 international cooperation project applications have been prepared, as well as the attraction of private investments and/or grants in the amount of at least EUR 411,557.50, thus facilitating the implementation of the specific support objective indicators and improving the integration of participants into global value chains during the project implementation.

The project "Internationalization and Growth Promotion of Latvian IT Cluster and Cooperation Network Participants" will be implemented from October 1, 2025 to December 31, 2028, with a total budget of EUR 1,223,050, including EUR 811,492.50 in public eligible costs and EUR 411,557.50 in private eligible costs.

The target group is members of the Latvian IT cluster in the ICT industry.

Main activities include:

• Participation in international exhibitions;

• Organizing five international trade missions;

• Networking among network members and with external partners;

• Preparation of three international project applications;

• Participation in the international digital policy platform DigitalEurope.org ;

• Assessment of the Latvian IT cluster according to ESCA quality criteria;

• Implementation of a unified marketing and awareness strategy.

Cooperation network members Supported activities : international exhibitions, conferences, contact exchanges and events organized by the Latvian IT Cluster.

Eligible expenses: Event entrance tickets, accommodation, air and intercity transportation.

An opportunity for Latvian IT cluster members to express interest in participating in events of interest to them here and in the calendar.

Documents required to receive support :

• Agreement on participation in the project and granting of de minimis support (to be submitted once, upon commencement of participation in the project)

• Excel file, which must be filled out for the costs to be submitted . The file can be downloaded HERE .

• Business trip order - employee's name, surname, purpose of the business trip and time period, indicating that the daily allowance is paid from the company's funds, but accommodation expenses from project No. 1. 2.1.1/2/25/A/004 "Internationalization and promotion of growth of the Latvian IT cluster and cooperation network participants".

• Price inquiry for the selected hotel, airline

• Documents proving expenses (precise traceability). > Reservation document (if payment was made on its basis),

> Invoice,

> Payment order for each expense, if there were several, or a bank account statement.

> Airline boarding passes, event entrance passes.

• A printout of the accounting account turnover for all expenses for this project and the corresponding project accounting is also visible.
