Human Resources Training: Know-how for attracting and retaining team talent!

We invite you to participate in the human resources training "Team talent attraction and retention know-how!" on August 28, in person, Skolas Street 11, from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

The goal of the training is to learn effective talent attraction strategies, learn how to create and lead a strong team, and discover tools for motivating the team and promoting well-being!

The training will be led by Katya Leidmane , author of HR strategies, leadership program trainer, change management practitioner and director of ERDA Group. More than 20 years of experience working in companies such as Swedbank, General Electric and Circle K, which is recognized as one of the TOP companies in HR practice. During the training, Katya Leidmane will share the latest trends in employee attraction and engagement.
