We invite IT companies to apply for a digital expert visit to Pass+Co Baltics , which will take place online on December 10, 2025, 10:00-11:30. This will be an opportunity for companies to get to know Pass+Co Baltics' daily operations and processes better and share recommendations for IT solutions that are suitable for their challenges.

The challenge identified by the company is the lack of a system in the supply chain planning, inbound and outbound logistics processes that would allow creating and reviewing information about potential customers, suppliers and projects, preparing offers and invoices, as well as obtaining reports on the results. Currently, Excel files are used to manage this information, and the implementation of a new system would save time, reduce errors and strengthen the resilience of the supply chain against external risks.

We invite experts who are ready to provide assessment and practical recommendations on the identified challenge to apply. In particular, IT suppliers who develop ERP, CRM and warehouse accounting systems are invited to apply.

10:00-10:05 Opening remarks

10:05-10:20 Short presentations by IT companies (max 3 min per company)

10:20-10:40 Pass+Co Baltics presentation (information about the company, the challenge and the necessary solution)
