On December 15, 2008 Latvian IT Cluster signed the Agreement with the Latvian Investment and Development Agency on the implementation of the ESF project for the training of IT specialists from 15 Cluster companies.
During 9 months of the project more than 430 IT specialists gained new knowledges on the ICT technologies and improved their soft skills.
