Cluster 55° Business Roaming Agreement is a network of cluster companies in the ICT sector. The idea behind the network is to increase the collaboration between clusters and to help members of the participating clusters support and facilitate their internationalisation processes.

In order to strengthen international cooperation the Latvian IT Cluster joined the Business Roaming Agreement in 2013.

Business Roaming Agreement is free of charge for all participants. Participants provide access to their physical location and offer free
attendance to local events for participating members companies. In return the member companies gets access to the locations of all other members in Cluster 55° Business Roaming Agreement. In other words the Cluster 55° Business Roaming Agreement is an exchange program where companies can use the knowledge, networks and locations provided by other cluster companies.

Till now the cooperation network of the Baltic Sea Region countries has been created and successfully operated within the project “Stardust”, where Latvian IT Cluster participates since September 2010. The project aims to promote the Baltic Sea Region's competitiveness in the IT field by creating a research environment comprising clusters, enterprises, and research and innovation centers. As the project "Stardust" commes to an end in December 2013, the project partners plan to strengthen regional cooperation by signing the cooperation agreements with the Cluster of 55°.
